The following terms and conditions apply to all items ordered from LSPORTSAWARDS.CO.UK

Please read through the following information carefully before placing your order. By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to the terms and conditions set out below. Please also read our Privacy Policy regarding personal information provided by you.

We may change these terms and conditions from time to time, and these changes will apply to any subsequent orders received. Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes to the terms that apply to that order.

UK REFUNDS & RETURNS

If your item is faulty, incorrect or you change your mind, you can return them to us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please refer to our returns policy for more information on how to do this.

We are unable to amend an order once this has been submitted or offer you an exchange on your order.

Please ensure your return contains your original delivery note and you have selected a reason for your return. All our returns information can be found on the reverse of your delivery document.

We cannot accept any liability to damaged/lost and stolen items if you have returned these using your own independent courier (outside of LSA's suggested returns guide). If you are responsible for the return, we recommend that you obtain and provide proof of postage.

Any items being returned to us must be returned in their original packaging and in a saleable condition. If they are not in a saleable condition or fall outside of the 30-day return policy, then we reserve the right to not refund the order. All goods will be subject to a full inspection upon return & before a refund is given. You are responsible for goods returned until they reach our warehouse, please ensure the items are well packed and secure.

All refunds will be refunded at the price you purchased your items at, this includes any items in the sale or on promotion. The refund will not include any delivery charges you have paid

UK DELIVERY

We offer fast tracked delivery - EVRI Next Delivery Day and FREE on all orders over £50* All Deliveries to Mainland UK may take up to 48 hours to be delivered Monday to Friday. Tracking numbers will be sent with orders.

*large items, like darts backdrops DO NOT fall under the free delivery due to their size and packaging need to ensure arrival intact and perfect condition.

PAYMENT

You can pay for items using the following payment options: Visa, Master Card, Amex, Maestro, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

If you have paid for your order on a debit or credit card, we will charge your card and take payment once your order has been submitted and you will receive a confirmation once your order has been placed. All items ordered remain our property until we receive full payment from you.

The prices for all the products we have listed on our website are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate for which we are responsible as the seller of these items. The amount you will pay will be the price indicated plus the delivery charge for the shipment. The delivery charge applied will be calculated at the time of checkout.

With all card payments the cardholders would be subject to a card validation check, it's a standard authorisation check by your card issuer. If for any reason your card issuer refuses or does not authorise payment for any reason, then we will notify you immediately of this at the stage of your checking out. If your order fails there may be a pending payment on your card, this will disappear after 10 working days. Please refer to our FAQs for any further payment-related questions.

We have the right to cancel an order if we feel the payment is fraudulent. 

CONTRACT OF SALE

Once you have placed your order with us you will receive an email with your order confirmation, at which point the contract for the purchase of these goods has been accepted and your card will be charged.

Please ensure that all of your order details are correct before confirming/submitting your order as this cannot be changed or cancelled beyond this point. This also extends to any promo codes or gift vouchers redeemed at this time, please check that these have been applied and the necessary discounts have been triggered at this stage.

Please note that items are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is processed, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item becomes out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and you will be refunded or offered an alternative if there is one.

We reserve the right to refuse an order if the item you have ordered is unavailable or out of stock if we are unable to obtain authorisation of payment, if there is an error in the product information including price or promotion, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

We make a conscious effort with product images to display the colours of the products to their true form however, please note that this could be slightly altered as you may see them on your monitor, and we cannot guarantee that this will reflect the colour of the product on delivery. We take care to provide you with the most accurate product description, prices, and all product-relevant information at the time of entering them onto our website.

Where size guides and measurements have been displayed, we aim to ensure they are as accurate as they can possibly be, however, all measurements and sizes are approximate.
